<Job Responsibilities>
- Implementing the transfer of Olympus production from Japan to Olympus Vietnam.
- Improving the production.
- Finding errors and giving solutions to overcome product errors.
- Setting up the production process for new products
- Managing and improving production equipment.
- Managing production site (Labor management, human resource development planning ...)
<Saturday Working: a Saturday 1 week >

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree
- Have knowledge, experience about IE, KAIZEN, 5S.
- Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 years experience in Production Control
- Experienced in managing Production Site
- Willing to go business trip
- Can work as shifts, overtime (8hours/shift)
- Language skills: Japanese at N3 level
- Gender: Male
- Age: 24 - 35
