Work details
- Report to Vietnamese Factory Manager and Japanese Advisor
- Manage 1 Deputy Manager and 150 staffs including workers
- Overall manage production lines (Weld – Paint – Assembly - Internal Log) and other departments (Production Operation Support, Quality Control..) in Factory Operation division by developing Division Business Action Plan & implement progress follow up
- Create and make guideline to develop basement/internal rule/working condition for all depts to handling daily job effectively to achieve company, group and division target
- Enhance management skill for daily Management
- Other details will be discussed during the interview
Essential requirements:
- Age: 40 ~ 50
- Bachelor’s degree specialized in technical fields (preferably in Automobile/Truck)
- Hold managerial position(s) in manufacturing factories in automobiles industry for at least 5 years (Division head or higher position )
- Ability to communicate/read/write in English at work
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Communication and management skills
Desirable Requirements :
- Prior working experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- Japanese speaking is highly preferred
