<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage a team of 4 members;
- Responsible for performance in areas of sales, gross margin, market share growth, and customer service metrics;
- Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships;
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies;
- Improve company profitability year over year;
- Responsible for sales force productivity by ensuring appropriate coaching and development of all sales personnel.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree;
- Japanese N2;
- From 2 years of working experience as Sales Manager in Manufacturing companies;
- Age from 30 years old;
