Work details
Job Responsibility
- Budget management of administrative expenses and consumables and maintenance management of headquarters and stores
- Recruitment plan formulation and promotion and human resource development plan formulation and promotion
- Proper operation of personnel evaluation and personal master management (including system maintenance)
- Management, revision and calculation of salary and bonus.
- Welfare maintenance and operating expenses, tax payment procedure
- Interaction with, and linkage with accounting and legal departments that are outsourcing companies
Requirement
Essential skills
- English skill (business class)- above TOIEC700 TOEFL80
- Experience in personal and labor management for more than 2 years
- Experience in Labor regulations/ JD formulation/ evaluation experience, foreign work permit/ visa application experience, salary payment/ calculation work experience
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel(Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill

- Japanese skill : N2 level
