Work details
1. Sales Performance (40%)
- Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals
- Determine and communicate individual and team sales goals and hold staff accountable for results in accordance with the company’s business practices
- Analyze and review goal attainment and develop strategies to improve performance
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
2. Customer Service (30%)
- Ensure staff is trained in service and artistic skills as established by the company
- Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent service in accordance with our standards
3. Manager /Staff Relationship (10%)
- Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation
- Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives
4. Development (10%)
- Administer all training programs for selling skills, customer service, products and operations
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and follow up on progress according to the company’s business programs
5. Operation (10%)
- Control all store expenses within budget guidelines
- Manage cash loss prevention procedures and established security policies
- Execute new launch displays, collateral placement, etc
- Follow up and track the usage and efficiency of testers, samples, and TOAs in accordance with the aligned plan and direction
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma
- English: conversational level
- Age from 26 to 35 years old
- Gender: any is acceptable
- 4+ years of work experience in retail industry as store management position with luxury brands
- Having leadership, training and public speaking ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. with professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with changes
- Able to train and coach new and existing employees, council employee conflicts and embrace the company's corporate philosophy
* Preferable Requirements
- Experience in cosmetics industry
