<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepares and develop coaching plans; training sessions; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation;
- Make demo in retailers;
- Determines training needs by observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; employees' output performance and conferring with managers.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- English business level
- 2 years of experience as soft skills OR sales trainer, coach in any industry
- Age from 26 - 35 years old
- Gender: Any is acceptable
