<Job Responsibilities>
1. Merchandising:
- Research, create and provide POSM solutions
- Responsible for printing production of POSM, shelves for enhancing the identification activities of brands at the point of sale of modern sales channel on the basis of direction and approved budget.
- Responsible for supervising POSM at supermarkets when having promotions.
- Incorporate sales control to display POSM, product image of the company at the point of sale and implement marketing programs.
- Statistic the display implementation and coordinate images closely to the sales channels
- Update, manage, track the stock of POSM branding
- Evaluate the display/ promotion activities of competitors to make renovation proposal of display design.
- Implement the company promotions to modern trade systems.
- Participate in designing, finding and working with appropriate agencies to design event, demo programs.
- Make weekly, monthly report.
2. Activation:
- Manage the Budget for Activation in SPM
- Working with Supplier on Activation activities: Budget, Design, Management of production and implementation.
- Evaluate effectiveness of each campaign
- Create idea for Activation more effective.
3. Other Activities:
- Manage Sampling campaign from Sales or Marketing.
- Report and Evaluate the effectiveness
- Follow the target and progress of sales in activities
- Preparing brand images on Post in supermarket
- To create images & promotion banners online
- Support design of gift display ideas
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Graduated University in any industries.
- Gender: Any.
- At least 2 year experience in Merchandising or Activation in FMCG.
- English communication and writing: business level.
- Graphic design savvy, proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent in people communication and a good team player.
- Influencing people ability.
- Planning skills.
