<Job Responsibilities>
1. Planning EC
- Manage annual negotiations (including trading terms and conditions), implement processes and strategies for current E-commerce website of MT channels (product listing, sales performance, promotional activity planning, demand forecasting, etc.).
- Proactively analyze sales trends, conduct analysis on sell through data, prepare reports and monitor sales performance. Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenues to achieve target
- Collaborate with Sale Department (MT Team), Marketing Team, Media Team, etc. to agree monthly promotion plan, joint advertising and promotion plans, etc.
2. Planning CVS
- Building and maintaining good relationship with Customers CVS
- Support to negotiations trading term, product coverage, listing new code
- Joining in promotion campaign, Sponsor POSM, with CVS
- Planning target on quarterly and annual basis.
3. Operations
- Responsible for the online stores on a day-to-day basis (SKU assortment, store content management, pricing and promotion management, sales order synchronization)
- Manages inventory (accurate demand forecasts and inventory on hand)
- Manages promotional mechanism (bundles sets creation, discount promotion with marketplace e-commerce players, design banner, etc.)
- Financial reconciliation (monitors accounts receivable and accounts payable)
- Work with 3rd parties (transportation agency, distributors, etc) to process work related to E-commerce website of MT channels
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Work experience: at least 1 years’ relevant experience at an e-commerce platform, brand or distributor
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of E-Commerce business models, operations, technology
- Experience managing E-Commerce channel
- Strong in critical thinking skills & sale orientation
- Good level of computer literacy: proficient Microsoft excel and word skills
- Ability to Multitask and communicate clear and concisely
- Agile in implementing fast-paced online environment
- Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in team setting
- Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently
