1. Manage all activities related to production
2. Train production staffs
3. Improve production efficiency
4. Ensure production schedule and process according to plan
6. Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male
- Bachelor Degree
- Age from 30 to 40 years old
- At least 3 years of experience as Production manager in large-scale manufacturing company (at least from 300 people)
- Able to read technical design, drawing
- Japanese conversational N3 OR English conversational level
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
