<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive production plans from the planning department, set up daily production plans for each Line.
- Calculate output, rate of finished products to set production targets for each Line
- Calculate the number of people to allocate to each production Line.
- Control the production line
- Monitor productivity, production schedule and quality status
- Coordinate workers according to production status
- Train personnel, assess personnel.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender:Any
・Age: 30 - 40s
・Bachelor Degree
・Japanese business level
・Having experience as Production control in Precision equipment, electrical equipment, infrastructure related manufacturers field
・Working experience in Japanese Company
・Around 50 - 100 peoples Management experience

・English business level
・Have working experience in Lens or Camera company
