1. Supporting
- Provide necessary tools, supplies and equipment to all other functional departments
- Arrange air tickets, visa (if any), insurance and accommodation for all outgoing business/training trips
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the office and department store area
2. Controlling
- Implement an efficient procurement process for items in range
- Propose procedure/process/solutions for cost saving and cost control from time to time
- Manage and control company assets except for IT equipment
- Maintain a good filing system for both hard copies and soft copies
3. Quality Assurance issues
- Ensure that the quality of selling merchandises is following the regulations of related Laws and Regulations in terms of compulsory certificates, quality standards...
- Prepare the Application of Quality Pass (CR Code, Announcement Certificate of Conformity, etc.) applied for merchandises sold in the department store
4. Corporate Business
- Support and enhance business contracts with corporate customers for Gift Card, Moon Cake, Hamper and other merchandises
5. External Relations
- Welcome guests;
- Deal with local authorities for related compliance issues and maintain a good relationship with them

- Computing: MS Office tools
- 5+ years of work experience in General Affairs or Administration in any industry, in which at least 3 years in managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of related Laws and Regulations

- Experience in MNC environment
- Communicating and cooperating well with others
- Good at multi-task management, able to work independently while owning a strong teamwork spirit
