<Job Responsibilities>
- Control the line process and operation in the factory
- Manage to make a product with a fixed time and quality
- Manage all activities related to manufacture
- Manage product quantity and delivery time
- Direct and manage workers in the factory
- Perform other temporary tasks that the Japanese manager needs
‐ Others related to technical issues assigned by immediate manager

<Saturday Working: Every other week >

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27-40
- Gender : Any
- Japanese level : Business above N2 ( using in internal meeting in overseas head)
- English level : Conversation ( using in reading text)
- Having understand relationship with Chinese staff & Japanese Staff
- Experience in line management and staff management of manufacturing industry
- Bachelor Degree

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
‐ Qualification: Bachelor Degree of industrial
‐ Language Skill : Chinese language (They will import parts from China)
‐ Experienced at assistant in Japanese company or foreign company
- Knowledge for ISO approval.
