<Job Responsibilities>
・ Provide information to students about overseas study options and advise them on the basis of a
careful assessment of their academic records and English language levels
・ Assist students with enrolment and visa application procedures
・ Offer all necessary support and information throughout the pre-departure period and liaise with
the New Zealand office to arrange destination country support services
・ Generally ensure that the students have a thoroughly successful study experience in order to
maximize customer satisfaction and referrals
・ Take part in promotional events or presentations, both in and out-of-office
・ Attend training sessions from our education partners
・ Maintain records and perform various administrative duties
NOTES:
There will be 5-6 times per year to work in weekends (work half day and get full salary for 01 day) for supporting events/education fairs.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・ Education Background: Bachelor Degree
・ English: Fluent Level
・ At least 1 year working experience as studying abroad consultant
・ Has working/studying experience in overseas
・ Excellent communication and relational skills
・ Personalities: is the key factor for this role. He/she must be patient with long process, passionate with education industry, highly committed, has a genuine interest in research/learning new things and willing to support students
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Good knowledge of overseas education systems, particularly Australia and New Zealand
・ Be well-organized, able to work as part of a team as well as independently
