<Job Responsibilities>
・ Build and manage the company’s Human Resource Department to support the company’s goals and mission through HR activities
・Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resource staff.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems discreetly.

・To review strategic HR policy, system, procedures, policies, regulations and develop qualified

planning, employee relations, and training and development.
・Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level
