- Search and build candidate database (Node JS, Java, Android, iOS, BA,....) based on recruitment plan through various channels such as websites, forum, job fairs...
- Store, update and manage candidate information
- Do scanning candidate resumes, contacting and arranging interviews
- Build up, deploy and implement media jobs for branding purposes, and other activities which cheer up employees' motivation
- Do other personnel jobs including: following resource change, making probation contracts, labor contracts and performing general administration works
- Hold company events and activities
- Other tasks assigned

- Education: Bachelor
- English: business level
- Computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social networks
- 2+ year of work experience as Recruiter in software development companies

- Wide and diverse network in IT industry
- Good communication and organizing skills
- Personality: proactive, reliable, able to work under pressure
