<Job Responsibilities>
- Assigned HR department and assist work that Manager wanted
- Budget management of administrative expenses and consumables and maintenance management of headquarters and stores
- Proper operation of personnel evaluation and personal master management (including system maintenance)
- Calculation of salary and bonus.
- Welfare maintenance and operating expenses, tax payment procedure
- Interaction with, and linkage with accounting and legal departments that are outsourcing companies

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- English skill (Business class) : Writing and Speaking is needed
- More than 2 years experience as general assistant in any industry
- Experience in Labor regulations/ JD formulation/ evaluation experience, foreign work permit/ visa application experience, salary payment/ calculation work experience
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel(Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill
