<Job Responsibilities>
For a while after joining the company, assistant work is main task. You will learn about sales job while accompanied by Japanese manager.
- Assistant work according to the Japanese manager's instructions
- Making and Checking Contract
- Guiding real estate information to Japanese customers: corresponding to existing customers or customers who makes inquiries
- Following up after customers moving into: corresponding by telephone/email with Vietnamese landlords and Japanese customers
- Visiting the Vietnamese landlord and negotiating the posting on company website
<Saturday Working: 2-3 times a month ( when you work on Saturday, you can take day off on weekday) >
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender : Female only
- Age : 26-32
- Japanese skill: Conversational level (above N3) using in communication with Japanese customers
- Having sales or sales assistant experience more than 2 year in real estate industry
- Person who can make good relationship with client (
Communication skill)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in service industry ( real estate, hotel, restaurant etc..)
- Working experience in Japanese Company
- English Skill : Conversational level (contract is written by English and Vietnamese)
