<Job Responsibilities>
-Lead & manage OPS Dept. to provide good customer service to customers/clients
-Ensure to complete the daily operation of department by instructing/supporting the staff and monitoring the progress of the operation
-Consulting to customer the proceed shipment, im-export document.
-Ensure to make/submit correct documents/data (shipping documents, customs documents, payment request, etc.) in time
-Ensure the ability to solve challenging logistics difficulty in Vietnam
-Ensure to control and solve issues/conflicts if any
-Support to and co-operate with Account Department on collecting credits and stop booking/operation for non-payment from customers
-Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process
-Ensure to create, file and update OPS, and make sure staff to follow it
-Initiatives for new product/service
-Ensure to solve problems/complaints from customers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Graduated in Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic or relevant field.
-Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Customs rules/ regulations/procedure

- Age: 30 - 45
- 5 -10 years experiences of operation Logistics field
-Good computer skill (MS Office)
-Good Communication in English
-High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
