<Job Responsibilities>
-Secretarial work of Japanese Hotel Manager, client response, contact with Tokyo office etc.
-Email & paper work by Vietnamese and Japanese
-Help some admin task assigned
-Management of Hotel Manager's schedule
-Translate documents for Japanese Director
-Make some documents by Japanese and English and Vietnamese
-Inform some internal memo to other department in Hotel
-Make Meeting minutes and manage it
-Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Woman
・Age:27-35 years old
・Education:Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese Business level and English Business level
・Working Experience:More than 2 years Working as a secretary, sales support or any other assistant Job for Japanese
・High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint Documents and MS Excel.
