<Responsibility>
- Manage a team of 10 members
- Provide training if necessary
- Plan effective strategy to improve team sales revenue
- Contact and promote the company’s products to architect, developer, main-contractor and consultant
- Make strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients
- Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with existing and new clients
- Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved
- Resolve problems with products and services if any in short time and efficiency
<Essential requirement>

- Age from 30 to 40 years old
- English business level
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical filed
- From 5 years of experience as Sales Executive in construction or technical field (Machinery, Electronics)
- Experienced in team leading, management for at least 1 year
