<Job Responsibilities>
1. Develop regulations, budget
- Develop a system of regulations, procedures, and forms for the company and supervise the implementation of these rules
- Develop and improve regulations on evaluation and reward
- Personnel strategy planning and implementation: Offer suggestions to promote effective human resources.
- Plan budget for monthly and annual labor costs
- Make internal reports and report to external agencies
2. Recruitment
- Make recruitment plans consistent with the organization's strategy, manage the recruitment process.
- Develop training materials for new employees. Plan to organize meeting explaining about company regulations.
3. Employee relations
- Introduce projects to build good relationships between employees and companies
- Organize activities for the whole company
4. Performance management, HR development
- Assist the management in managing the performance of the employees
- Provide solutions to reduce employee absence, promote high employee productivity
- Train and manage internal HR - Administration personnel: Set goals, develop the capacity and performance of the HR - Administration team in accordance with the department objectives
- Plan, direct and control the implementation of the operations and actions of HR - Administration personnel
- Make recommendations and conduct professional improvement of staff to bring high performance

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor degree in any industry
- Language Skills: English Business Level
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 27 - 32
- 3-5 years' working experience as HR GA Assistant Manageror GA Manager, refer in Japanese companies
- Understand Vietnam laws & regulations of labor law (including Vietnam & foreign workers)
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Internet
- Flexible, can adapt to new working environment
- Can work in team
- Good planning, organizing, supervising and analysis skills
- Good Hou-Ren-Sou skills (which means report-communication-discussion or ask for an advice)

*Referable Requirement:
