- Delegate Sales and New Account targets and in-charge area for Sales Executives to be in lined with total assigned targets
- Collaborate with Senior Executives to establish and execute a action plan in alignment with business objectives
- Sales forecast
- Participate in new sales policy brainstorming
- Support to deal and close agreement with big dealers with higher target
- Support team to understand new sales policy
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Evaluate stock in each warehouse to propose stock transfer between South & North
- Support team for sales proposal by discussing and finding solutions
- Support Sales Executives to develop their territory (sales volume and accounts)
- Coach Sales Executives on field (way to approach dealers, how and what to do in the shop...)
- Find out actual feedback from markets / dealers (price, activities of competitors, other risks...)
- Monitor and analyze performance of Sales Executive every month and half year
