<Job Responsibilities>
- Interpret and translate documents Japanese⇔English,Japanese⇔Vietnamese
- Deal GA task (Buy stuff for Office, Support Japanese, Booking Flight etc...)
- Sometimes this position needs to go Embassy, government agency
- Make any procedure related to Japanese staff (visa, work permit, ...)
- Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese HR Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor degree in any industry
- Language Skills: Japanese Business Level - N2
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 25 - 30
- 1 - 2 years' working experience as Interpreter, refer in Japanese companies
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Internet
- Flexible, can adapt to new working environment
- Can work in team
- Good planning, organizing, supervising and analysis skills
- Good Hou-Ren-Sou skills (which means report-communication-discussion or ask for an advice)

* Referable Requirement:
