<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare design drawings, details from concepts sketches. Draw and plot drawings to scale, as required.
- Work under the direction of the Director to design complex drawings, such as construction documents, routine design layouts, detailed drawings, equipment skid and piping.
- Assist in developing equipment/material schedules and material takeoffs, from drawings or sketches. Support preparation of requests for bids for subcontractors and material vendors, as directed.
- Assist engineering and project management staff with day to day project functions, as needed, including researching product specifications, contacting vendors, and other support functions as needed.
※Mainly their project is Factory

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree related to architecture, construction etc.
- Language Skills: English business level OR Japanese business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25-35 years old
- At least 02 years of experience as CAD operator/designer in Construction companies
- Proficient in architectural/design software: CAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax+Vray, Revit

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working Experienced in Japanese Company
・Working Experienced in Japanese General Contractor
