<Job Responsibilities>
- Process monthly payroll data (attendance, overtimes…) for Vietnamese to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
- Manage benefits for Vietnamese employees, including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company (allowances monitoring).
- Assist in declaration, adjustment, finalization and other projects regarding SHUI.
- Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
- Employee relation.
- Employee evaluation data monitoring
- Support HR team in other assignments as required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 24 - 30
- University graduation in human resources or related fields.
- Having at least 1 year working experience in Compensation & Benefit
- Proficiency on computer literacy;
- English at conversational level
