<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive and process P / O from customers, check quantity, unit price, ...
- Contact the insurance company to issue an insurance policy
- Provide customer documents (INV, P / L, AWB) to customers
- Receive goods documents (INV, PL, AWB, etc.) from suppliers
- Confirm the goods have been returned to customers' warehouse safely
- Send documents related to sales / purchase / cost to the company's accounting
- Update data to the company's own software.
- Establish principle contract, purchase / sales / service contract.
- Release P / O to suppliers and track delivery schedule with suppliers, confirm schedules for customers.
- Managing inventory
- Prepare company introduction materials and supplier brochures
- Implementation of import and export customs procedures
- Sales report
- Perform other business-related jobs as designated by the superior and General Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female
- Age: 25 - 28
- Graduated from University of Import and Export or related fields
- English at business level
- At least 2 years of import and export experience in any industry
- High responsibility in work, hard work, honesty, enthusiasm, dynamism, long-term aspirations for the company
