<Job Responsibilities>
- Assign tasks to members
- Design automated equipment for producing small and medium electronic accessories.
- Manage automated system from planning to production
- Negotiate with external agencies
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Head.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: College Degree in Mechatronics, Electric-Electronics, Automation Engineering
- Language Skill(s): Fluency in Japanese (N3) or English Business Level
- At least 3 years' working experience in Automation Design for manufacturing companies
- MS Office proficiency
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation skills
