<Job Responsibilities>
- Write and update personnel / HR policies and process.
- Human resources and personnel management : recruitment, regulation, payroll, resignation, leave…
-Recruit 10-40 people(Worker in Real Estate) for every new project(Gathering CV, Screening, Interview, Negotiate offer condition). Basically without using HR Agent
-Have connection in Ho Chi Minh recruiting
- Handling any legally procedure related to employees (Inclding labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision...)
- Train the employees and staffs
- Report to Japanese Director
- Any other task assigned by Director

・Working Experience: More than 5 years experienced in HR department in Any industry
