<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for all business development activities.
- Perform projects of complex scope to achieve Company target.
- Sites searching/ Due Diligence checking of candidate sites. Infrastructure checking of Development area which may impact to the defined strategic area. Making site reports.
- Carry out Profit &Lost Statement Analysis for the potential site and assigned projects.
- Making Draft of Contracts, working with Land Lord, Bank for negotiation on Project Transfer/ Master Lease/ Property Management scheme.
- Preparing materials, proposal for Board of Director, Headquarter
- Licensing Preparation Dossier for new Project.
- Working with authorities for development matters.
- Others assignments from General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Educational Background: MBA, BA (Industrial Management Faculty)
- Experience: 5 years as Development Management.
- Skills & Competences.
- Languages: English Business Level.
- Computing skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Skills.
- Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Gathering & Analyzing Data, Quality & Process Orientation, Coping with Stress
