<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for coordinating and executing activities involving development of business opportunities, aiming at achieving the financial goals established by the company.
- Make the development strategies & plan follow company requirements.
- Find new sites to matching with development strategies.
- Monitor the workflow ensuring timeliness and quality of projects.
- Keep & promote relationships with authorities to process project's licensing.
- Analyze financial, market and other information about potential site for preparing the development proposal.
- Supervise a team of Business Development Professionals.
- Other duties assigned by the General Manager/Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Educational Background: University (Bachelor's Degree),
- Experience: At least 3 years working in Real Estate, Analysis Project, Searching and Looking for Land (building Shopping Mall).
- At least 2 years in management level.
- Languages: English Business Level.
- Computing skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Skills.
- Good Planning and Analysis skills.
- Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Gathering & Analyzing Data, Quality & Process Orientation, Coping with Stress
- Problem Solving & Decision Making, Teamwork, Planning & Organizing.
