<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage overall HR & Administration functions for all branches: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit
・Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention
・Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
・Communicate with HR agency to handle recruitment process, contract and etc.
・Recruit staffs via job board, HR agency
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 28-45
・Total 7 years or more over GA and HR experience in any industry
・+2 years Management experience as leader/ manager
