<Job Responsibilities>
1, Marketing Support (Monthly/ Quarterly) 25%
- Support to build up new Survey, Training, support tools.
- Study program for Family channel development -> improve service quality
- Trial 3S model for Family channel development (in store)
2. PSR (Travel Tires) Competitor Survey (Monthly/ Quarterly) 20%
- Update information of new products by Count surveys/ Data import
- Allocate person in-charge to collect information/ NPI (national provider identifier) based on dealer and territory
- Collect data of products (key brands/ sizes/ pattern) in market, issue NPI
- Cooperate with IT to create data storage on share point
- Upload data into Share Point for all teams
3. Support Market QA (Monthly/ Quarterly) 10%
- Goodwill program with collaboration of car makers
- Follow up goodwill program, confirmation and payment
- Build up explanation videos for common damages
4. Field works in assigned territory (Daily) 35%
- Check claim tire, making reply letter, issue reply letter
- Field Test : include of make an appointment, checking, key in data, make report
- Training on site for dealer/family channel/end-user
- Handle team activities/projects in assigned territory
- Support Sale activities.
<Necessary Skills / Experience>
- Gender: male
- Age: up to 35
- Education: Mechanical Engineer - Bachelor degree in Technology university ( Refer Vehicle )
- 1+ years of work experience in Automobile/Tire field or Machine maintenance.
- Experienced in planing,
- Good problem solving,
- English: business level (Good in speaking and writing)
- Computing: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Good problem solving and communication skills are needed,
- Willing to travel

- Good at computer skills and relevant software applications.
