<Job Responsibilities>
- Take care of the troubles with customer
- Support and interpret between Japanese members and customers
- Contact to vendor (maker) support, and get the instruction from vendor and then conduct the instruction
- Analyze the data and make documentations
- Technical support as IT help desk for local customers
- Support customers and internal staffs for PC, server and network problems
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27 - 32
- Gender : Any
- Japanese skill : Business level (N2 level)
- English skill : Conversational level ( using in internal communication)
- More than 3 years experiences as SE (network/server) or Technical Support in IT industry
- Good at analyzing data and making documentation (with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
