<Job Responsibilities>
- Improve efficiency store operation and execute it.
- Understanding and reporting sales floors and individual issues.
- And store staff training.
- Staffing and personnel cost control based on store work scheduling (work allocation table) and staff attendance management.
- Creating store staff training plans and training them.
- Managing the Safety and security in the store, emergency contact system for accidents, incidents and disasters, and crisis management.
- Weekly / monthly data analysis and planning for execution of store strategy.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender - Any
- Age - 27-35
- Japanese Skill : Business level
- English skill (Business class)
- More than 2 year work experiences as SV in a retail industry
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel(Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill
