Production Assistant Manager - Electronics (in Hung Yen)

<Job Responsibilities>
• Assistance on the overall management of the Production Department, such as annual business planning, department policy, monitor/report production progress, supervise leaders to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and safety
• Management production index such as operating ratio, defect ratio, productivity, etc.
• Analyze issues on production, propose solutions and execute them
• Promote kaizen activities to enhance efficiency and productivity of production
• Manage staff/ worker performance and organize necessary and timely interventions for improvement
• Closely cooperate with related departments to ensure the smooth operation of production and support for the achievement of company business

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• University graduate
• Age from 28 years old to 37 years old
• Gender Male only
• More than 5 years of production management in foreign manufacturing companies
• Overall experience and knowledge on the production management field
• Japanese N2 or English business level
• Logical thinking
• Strict & strong mindset on change, improvement and achievement under tough situation
