<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing documents for export and import
- Perform import / export operations (Communicate with customs clearance)
- Make booking arrangements
- Check and process schedule
- Respond to customer requests
- Enter data into the system
- Contact with customers, distributors and affiliates
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female
- Age: 25 - 35
- Language Skills: English (Conversational level)
- More than 2 years experiences as customer service in logistics industry
- Having knowledge of Import - Export process
- Character : Flexible, Hard working, enthusiastic, active
