<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and operate all activities of the processing of the factory plastic injection mold with the following main jobs:
- Production plan, monthly sales plan
for mold processing of the factory
- Cost management: Personnel fee, materials and tools fee
- Personnel training, arrangement, personnel arrangement in the workshop
- Manage production schedule, set price quotations and reply term
delivery to customers.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- College degree or higher in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of management experience in molding.
- Proficient in using graphic design software such as Autocad, Solid work ..
- Ability to operate mold processing machines (CNC machines) or have a deep understanding of the field of mechanical processing
- English at conversation level
- Japanese at N3 level
- Gender: Male
- Age: at least 35

- Japanese speaking is highly preferred
