<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle overall tasks in the company HR departments, including Recruitment, Training, C&B (compensation & benefit), Employee evaluation and so on
- Assist HRM in setting up & developing HR policies and procedures (Training, Evaluation System, etc.)
- Provide input to HRM in regard to potential enhancements to current personnel practices; assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, etc.
- Counsel employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices
- Participate in monitoring performance evaluation & training process
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Age: from 30 years old
- Gender: Any
- English business level
- From 3 years of working experience in HR field, in which at least 2 years as HR leader; familiar with various HR tasks in Japanese manufacturing factories
- Proficient in MS Office
- Get used to work with multiple divisions, departments within the factories
- Detailed-oriented, well-organized, system thinking; adaptable and flexible personality
