- In charge of making plans and strategies for new services (contact center and digital marketing)
- Making plans and strategies to improve company processes and work-flows
- Working with Operation department for new project/service planning
[Analyst]
- In charge of gathering data from operation for analytic reports and suggestions
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Age: 27 - 31
- Gender: Any
- At least 3 years of working experience as sales planning, sales promotion in any industry.
- Fluent English with great presentation and writing skill (TOEIC 900+ or IELTS 7.0 and above)
- Strong analytic and problem solving skill
- Quick learner and adaptive
- Creative and challenging spirit
- Strong communication skill
- Having experience or network in banking and insurance is the plus
- Speaking Japanese is the plus
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having 1-2 year experience in digital marketing (Google or Facebook channel) is a plus
