<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility and handling Purchasing and Admin tasks
・Make purchasing plan according to production plan which manager make
・ Contact with material supplier to make orders, negotiate delivery schedule and price
・ Follow up delivery on time
・ Follow up confirm PO—(Purchase Order )from Vendor
・ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
・ Other Tasks assigned by Director

Essential Requirements:
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Having experience as a Purchasing or Import & Export Staff position in any industry at least 5 years
・Having more than 2 years at leader level in Purchase or import export position.
・Language: English Business Level
* Preferable Requirements:
・Having experience of Admin or IT tasks in Logistics industry
・Having experience of working in Japanese companies
