- Find talents individuals to meet the company's needs
- Conduct interview to have "short-list" for Requestors
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants for the company
- Execute necessary procedures for hiring new members according to Labor Law and company rules
- Advise manager on recruitment strategy
- Hold orientation for new members
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree major in Economics, Human Resources or related field
- Age from 26 years old
- Gender: female only
- English business level
- From 3 years of experiences as Recruitment staff at Japanese companies
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Experienced in server-based applicant tracking systems
- Good manner, honest, active and willing to work under pressure
- Good looking and smart
- Good public presentation skills
