<Job Responsibilities>
- Respond to Japanese customers (product inquiries and complaints) as a call center staff for Japanese mail order product company
- Deal with customers by e-mail or telephone
- Guidance about planned purchases and purchased products
- Report inventory to Vietnamese Manager
** They have training and guidance on handling and knowledge of products inquiries after joining the company
