<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicate with clients(Building developer, residences) and respond to their requests or claim
・Make and Give solutions for problems in Building
・Handle subcontractors or Worker for condominium / building management
・Give training and advice to Workers(Receptionist, Cleaner, Engineer, Security gards)
・Support Management Association of building
・Help holding residents brief meeting
・Other tasks are assigned and instructed by Japanese Deputy Director and other supervisors
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education:Bachelor Degree
・Age:28-45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business level
・More than 1 year experience as Property Management in Real estate(Especialy Newly built condominiums)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese Business Level
・Having working experience at Savills,CBRE,Jones Lang Lasalle or local building management company
