<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and operate sales department to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning
- Take care of existing customers
- Supervised performance of sales staff and help and guide them to improve
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all the company's products
- Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals/strategies for the company based on the customer and market feedback
- Directly report to Sales Japanese Manager

- Age from 29 - 36 years old

- More than 05 years of experience as Sales Manager in Japanese manufacturing companies
- English business level
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
