・Manage about 15 developers
・Have meeting with client about requirement
・Set the conditions, such as cost, assigned members, phase term, and delivery date.
・Adjust schedule
・Review to find issue and solution after development
・Manage sales target

・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level

・10+ years’ working experience in Information Technology (IT) field
・5+ years’ leader/ manager experience
・Experience of management about 15 members
・5+ years’ finance management experience (income and expenditure management, project budget management)
