<Job Responsibilities>
- Interpret for Japanese expatriates & for company meetings/events when requested
- Translate company contracts/documents: Japanese – Vietnamese & vice versa
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure facilities are in good condition
- Receive, double-check and make payment request for Admin-related expenses
- Control & supervise security service
- Company lunch control
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree
- Age: from 26 years old
- Gender: Any ( Female preferable)
- Japanese N2 & English conversational level
- From 2 years of working experience in GA/HR field in any industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication & problem-solving skill
