<Job Responsibilities>
・Supervise and coaching general information counter staff and patrol staff.
・Manage staff's working hour, attendance, Shift schedule
・Handle complaints, claim, trouble from client
・Take acute disease customers to the Medical office if necessary
・Report to Supervisor
※Not only manage staff, but also this position needs to provide service themselves
