<Invoice>
- Daily check Delivery instruction, Invoice and post to record revenue, COGS & accounts receivable to ensure all transactions are in compliance with company‘s policy and accounting principles.
- Issuie VAT invoices: issue and keep both paper and electronic VAT invoice;
- Assist sales team when needed on issues arise related to Invoice, Account receivable
- Archive of all the sales invoice ;
- Prepare a VAT-output reconciliation: Sales, VAT Output Amount.
- Prepare report of Exporting Sales transaction monthly.
<Account receivable>
- Daily make slips to record collection from customers.
- Daily check and control differences among systems, make adjustments (if needed).
- Monthly reconcile Sales, Accounts receivable, bank report.
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- Make balance confirmation with customers.
- Perform Intercompany-reconciliations report monthly/quarterly.
- Assist with month-end closing
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:24-33 years old
・Education:Bachelor degree on Accounting/Finance
・Gender:Any
・Language: English Business level(TOEIC 730 or above)
・Working experience in Multinational Environment
・More than 3 years working experience as an Accounting Staff
・Working Experience in a Japanese Company or Trading Company
・Working Experience for the tasks of Account Recievable/E-Invoice
・Excel Skills and Accounting Software Processing
