Work details
1) Report to Japanese Factory Manager
2) Manage 10 Vietnamese Section Managers
- Manage the production department of the company, specializing in the production of precision mechanical goods
- Manage the human resource, plan the training
- Monitor production plan
- Manage production data and control the production process according to standard
- Collaborate with other departments to take measures to improve quality and increase productivity, automation in the production process.
- Track daily production statistics and report weekly, monthly
- Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Details of the work will be discussed during the interview.
1) Essential Requirements:
- University graduate, at least 5 years working experience in management position in mechanical company
- Proficiency in presentation, improvement, training, quick problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in human resource management and planning, budgeting
- Good communication in Japanese or English
2) Preferable Requirements:
- Prefer candidates who work in Japanese manufacturing company
- Prefer good communication in Japanese
