<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Performance (40%)
- Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals
- Determine and communicate individual and team sales goals and hold staff accountable for results in accordance with the company’s business practices
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
2. Customer Service (30%)
- Resolve Customer issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner following the brand guidelines and procedures
- Develop and utilize customer database for phone calls, product launches events and appointments in conjunction with the company’s customer program
3.Manager /Staff Relationship (10%)
- Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives
- Hold regular, productive staff meetings with Retailer and Training present
4. Development (10%)
- Administer all training programs for selling skills, customer service, products and operations
- Perform thorough and timely staff reviews and initiate increases, promotions, disciplinary action and terminations with Retail and Training Manager; Human Resources approval
5. Operation (10%)
- Control all store expenses within budget guidelines
- Follow up and track the usage and efficiency of testers, samples and TOAs in accordance with the aligned plan and direction
- Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines

- Education: High school diploma
- Gender: Any
- Age: 26 - 30
- English: business level
- 4+ years of work experience in retail industry as store management position with luxury brands
- Having leadership, training and public speaking ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. with professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with changes
- Able to train and coach new and existing employees, council employee conflicts and embrace the company's corporate philosophy
* Preferable Requirements
- Experience in cosmetics industry
- Great makeup artistry
